Antagonistic Spare Parts Consultant

Bought a car here 7 years ago. Now i need a part for the car so rang the spare parts division via reception. Receptionist was bright, bubbly and professional. Transferred me through to spare parts where a flat, monotoned and uncaring consultant answered. I explained what i needed. A front passenger door lock actuator. I gave the consultant the specifics of the model: 2004 Mazda 3 SP23 sedan. I was then asked did i have the vin number. I didnt. I was then told "Its $215 then". Confused, i aske...

We ordered some pizzas. My kids are young and only like cheese and tomato sauce on the base. Really simple, anyway we got the pizzas and I kid you not there was 30cm deep cheese!!!

Was this a one off, or has anybody else had this problem?

Telstra

Spent 40 minutes on hold with Telstra to upgrade the foxtel part of my bundle. I finally speak to someone who says I need a different department bam another 15 mins on hold! Then I get told department shut till Monday so I cannot upgrade for tonight.

Anyone else fed up with them treating their customers like rubbish?

Why Did you,The Complaints Board remove the uploaded Picture.

I would like to know why" Complaints Board " took the picture I uploaded , down of the dreadful tattoo. I figured with a picture, Everyone would realise I am Dead serious, and not lying. Also. It took me hours to do, as I am no computer wiz,and I am really annoyed. ...It Was All The Proof I needed, and you removed it. WHY?

Ripped off by The Holiday Club - Gold Coast

Hi Guys

I too have been ripped off by The Holiday Club. I like to think of myself as reasonably intelligent but after spending 3.5 hours with the nice salesmen my IQ dropped significantly. I can say I am extremely embarrassed at what my partner and I signed up to and I can't say that I've ever found any deals representing those that were sold to me anywhere, ever. We signed up over 3 years ago and were paying the monthly loan repayment plus fees (total approx. $400) until mid last year...

Dreadful Tattoo, and Being Threatened By Cask

I have sent a picture to Casks Facebook page. He is ignoring me... Again,I have no problem with the shop. Cask is the one who should reimburse me for the damage, so I can get his crap tattoo covered and the ink stain, all around it. Its seven months since I joined this site.Nearly 18 months ago he did it too me. Its still the same. I hope no.one gets scammed by him again.. Sincerely Gail.
