TPG management acting like organised criminals

I opened an account with TPG internet in January and only now (in May) is my Internet service running. The past three months has been a waste of my time trying to get a basic service out of TPG. More to the point, I am upset by the process TPG has in place where no responsibility is ever taken by the Australian management who hide behind their offshore (Philippines) call centres.

Misleading Carpet Measurement

I went to Harvey Norman Store, Hills Homemakers Centre, Castle Hill to buy a new carpet for my house on 11th November 2012. I talked to the flooring manager and he measured the house plan. 48H Logo Design Fraud

In numerous advertising emails and on crazydomains/logo-design advertises a new Logo in 48h for AUD99.

I signed up and paid on the 12th of Nov 2012, on the 14th of Nov 2012 (almost 48h later) I received an email from a Project Manager at CrazyDomains named Dwaine (logos@ crazydomains.com) acknowledging the order stating they will start working on it soon. It has now been more than a week and I have not heard back from them.

Rude customer service

Today i went into Harvey Norman to collect my precious Santa photos. When i had them taken yesterday I was told they would be ready today. WRONG COLOUR & RUDE

I went into Hair Industries at Erina to get my hair dyed for my cousins wedding, it was $55.00 for a colour, treatment, cut and blow dry. (I haven't been to an actual salon for 5 years, have been happy with home job)

Goodguys advertises its extended warranty service whenever you make a purchase from them. But is it really worth the extra money? No

The main problem is that you are dealing with four entities involved, 1) The Goodguys, 2) the warranty issuer, 3) the repair company, 4) the repair agent. You might get into a loop chasing up warranty issues.

not advised of flight change. missed entire trip

We had booked a flight to Hamilton Island through the above flight centre and dealt with consultant Melissa Lee.
She failed to inform us of a departure time change which lead to us missing the flight and having to return home and miss out on our trip.

Bond money

Hi there,

On the 26th to the 29th of October a group of friends and i rented a holiday house in Terrigal.

The agreement was that we pay for the bond of $1000 before the went into the house which we did. My understanding it that the bond was for any damages caused to the house.

Unqualified/untrained and rude staff, wrong colour, no toner, no cut, no blowdry. MY HAIR IS GREY!! Management unwilling to rectify of discuss and charged full price. Buyer beware.

Really needed to life my spirits today and on a rare day off with no kids, no work and no responsibilities I decided to get my hair done. Great idea, but my experience with Hair Industries at Erina Fair has left me out of pocket, out of time and with no haircut and the absolute worst hair colour imaginable.

The package advertised was: Full head of foils, toner, treatment, style cut and blow dry. I arrived at 11:30am and told them that I needed to leave by 2:45pm to collect my kids...
